Our online business cards not only allow you to present your contact details in an appealing way as an alternative or addition to your paper business card, but also provide you with a comfortable, direct and secure line of live interactive communication with your customers and business partners around the world. In the office, at home, or on the go - our online business cards are designed to work well in all modern browsers that support HTML5 - on both desktop and mobile devices, running Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android.

Each user receives a personal, customizable digital business card with live chat and secure file exchange features that can be used on mobile and desktop devices. No download or installation is required for your contacts, it runs directly in the browser. With a Pro plan, you can also use the business card to showcase your work and have live audio/video chats with your contacts. And with a Premium plan, you can hold entire one-on-one meetings with live presentation, whiteboard, screen sharing, and more, directly on your business card.

Make changes to your business card data at any time. The changes will be published in real time, so your contacts will always be up to date. You can also add an unlimited number of links to your profile data, e.g. to your social media sites, calendar, etc.

Communicate via live text chat with you contacts. Text messages can be up to 4096 characters long. And, of course, you can also add emojis to your text messages.

With a Pro or Premium business card plan, you can not only chat via text messages with your contacts, but also via live voice and video chat. All you need is access to a camera and/or microphone.

You can also send and receive files during a live chat. All files will automatically be sent over an encrypted channel to ensure your privacy. The files are never stored on any servers, they are just transferred live to your chat partner. You immediately know when your chat partner has received the file. Files exchanged during a live chat have no file size restrictions.

A Pro or Premium plan allows you to add a showcase to your online business card where you can present samples of your work and let users download brochures, for instance. You can show images or video files, add explanatory texts and download links so your business card viewers can download any files you want them to have. The showcase will start automatically as soon as a user opens your online business card and runs in a loop for as long as the user has your card open.

A business card in the Starter plan is available in one language, so all of your contacts see the card in the same language. With a Pro plan, you can add your profile data in one additional language, and with the Premium plan you can add your profile data in as many languages as you like. Then your contacts can see the data on your online business card in their preferred language.

With a Premium plan you can also use a whiteboard and/or a chalkboard during your live chats on your online business card. Use a marker to draw on the whiteboard in different colors and even choose the type of paper background to draw on: blank, lined, graph or grid. The chalkboard is black and looks like a real chalkboard, and you can use chalks in different colors draw on it. So instead of trying to explain something in words, just use the whiteboard or the chalkboard to draw it! You can use the mouse to draw, of course, but if you have a pen available for your device (or your finger), it makes drawing much easier. The included sound effects will create a realistic drawing experience (minus the screeching sounds on the chalkboard, of course). But if you wish, the sound effects can be turned off.

Each license is assigned to one user, so that each user has his or her own personal online business card. The online business card can be accessed by a unique link generated explicitly for this user. This link can then be shared with contacts, so that they can access the user's online business card directly.

Share your online business card, for example, by adding your personal business card link to your e-mail signature, or use the share feature to send the business card directly via e-mail to a desired contact. Or, if you're face to face with a new contact, just let him or her scan the QR-code of your business card and it immediately opens up in their browser. Your contacts can then bookmark your card in their browser, create a shortcut for it to the desktop or home screen, or save the contact details as a VCF file and import it to Outlook, for instance.

With the Starter plan, you can adjust the logo, the background and colors of your business card using a special design editor. With a Pro or Premium plan, you can select from more design templates, have advanced color customization options and change the font, to match your corporate design. If you have a unique design in mind that you can't create using the editor, just contact the support for assistance. Please note that the design editor can only be used on devices with a width of at least 1024px.

As a subscription owner, you can assign online business cards to users either individually or with a Premium plan also via bulk import using a CSV file. From a Pro plan, you can also manage the security settings and design templates for all business cards in your subscription. So you could create a default design template which will automatically be used by all business cards, or you can let your users customize the design themselves.

With the Premium plan, you can easily integrate the online business card widget directly into your own website. All you have to do is add a few lines of code to a page on your website where you wish the business cards to be shown. That way, your contacts can view the business cards under your own domain. No special software needs to be downloaded or installed by your contacts, only a browser that supports HTML5 is required. You don't have a website? Or you don't want the business cards to be shown on your website? Then your business cards will automatically be shown on myloungecard.com.

To ensure your privacy and to enable you to have confidential conversations, all communication streams, as well as all live media streams and file exchanges only use SSL/TLS encrypted channels.

React to your chat partner's live stream by adding bursts of reaction emojis to their screen.

Optionally require your contacts to verify their e-mail address before being able to live chat or meet with you, as an additional layer of security. That way, you can be sure that the person you are talking or exchanging files with is actually the person he or she claims to be.

Business cards in the Premium plan are also equipped with a stage screen (with a curtain for a more dramatic effect 😉) where you can do live presentations of media files, such as videos, images, or audio files, as well as live video streams. You can select the media files from your computer and play them on the stage screen. Your chat partner will not receive an actual file that he can save to his computer, but will only see the media live on his stage, as you present it to him. You therefore retain complete control over the media, so you could, for instance pause a video and discuss a specific scene with your chat partner. You can also make your guest the current presenter and allow him or her to show you their own media. During a live presentation you can discuss contents with your customer directly, instead of sending him a file for review and not knowing if he has seen it yet or what he thinks of it. If you have multiple cameras attached to your computer, you could select a different camera for your stage live stream than for your video chat stream. That way, your chat partner could see you while you use another camera to show him something.

During a live presentation with a Premium business card, the current presenter can also choose to share part or all of their screen, if their device or browser supports this. The shared view will then be shown on the chat partner's stage screen. That way, you could, for instance, open a document directly in Word or an image directly in Photoshop and make changes while your customer is watching, or help your customer fill out a document you have sent to him. Or he or she could show you their workflow on their computer, so you could help them solve a problem they have had. The use cases for this feature are limitless and it practically allows you to look over each other's shoulders while working on a task. Please note that screen sharing can only be initiated on devices or operating systems that support this.

Use the dashboard to manage your contacts, browse the business card directory and to hold your live chats and meetings. With a Pro or Premium plan, you can also monitor your online business card activity in the dashboard and pro-actively start live chats with your business card viewers.

Use the company directory in the Dashboard to see all business card holders in your company. You can view the business cards of all users in the directory and, of course, also directly communicate or meet with them live online via their business card.

You can optionally enter your business along with your business card users into the global business card directory. Browse the directory to find business cards from users around the world, providing you with a simple and effective way to grow and maintain your business connections.

In the Starter plan, a "Powered by myloungecard.com" link is shown on each online business card. In the Pro and Premium plans, this link is removed, so there is no myloungecard.com branding on the business card.

Each business card license in the Pro or Premium plan includes 1GB of storage space for storing the user's showcase media and any downloadable files, etc. If you find that you require more storage space, you can always add more to your subscription plan.
